Yes we filed the CR1. The letter that I am referring to is the actual appointment letter that we received. The letter tells you your interview date, the name of the traveller, how to prepare for the interview and then the table of documents. It lists documents like marriage certificate, photo, passort,etc, with a status letter next to it. Thanks. mag0514

We just received our appointment letter and it contains a table that lists all the documents and a status code that we should bring to the interview Some of them do not apply to us, for example, "Adoption", but there are a couple that aren't really clear what form they are asking for. The one form that we are concerned about is called "Correspondence Instructions", does anybody have an idea of what this form is? Thanks. mag0514

We are preparing our I-864 forms and we have heard that some couples are having them Notarized. I know that each case is different and there may be some instances when it is needed, but can anyone comment on how they handled their I-864 form? Thanks.

We are working with a firm that submitted our CR-1 petition. They appeared to have submitted all the required documents but I was looking at Visajourney and they mentioned that we should include a document of Evidence of Bonafide Marriage, but we did not include that in the package. Why isn't that listed in the USCIS or Homeland Security? Why are there discrepancies? mag0514

Has anybody filed their CR1/K-3 application via electronic filing? I am aware that USCIS offers this for some forms but does the CR1 or K-3 qualify?

Hello, I am currently using a Verizon International Calling card and when I print out the bill from my carrier it only shows the 800 calling card access number. I asked the calling card company if I could get a print out of the number that I am calling but they said that they can only do that now with a court order. Is it that way for all the calling card company? How can I prove that I am calling my wife? Thanks for the help. mag0514
