I called DOS this morning. Sarah answered the phone. What a surprise! My case is cleared. I called yesterday and it was not. Unless I told her my case # wrong(that may possible since each time I call, I was a half sleep, 5:30am pacific time), this is real. I will call DOS again tomorrow to confirm and let you know. Even if I told a wrong case number, somebody else is cleared, I still happy because It shows that they are still moving. It has been two weeks without any cleared news. She told me the case was cleared on 1/6/03. To help others, this is my time line 1st NOA - 1/25/2002 P3 – 6/19/2002 P4 – never received Interview 11/14/2002 Name check cleared – 1/6/2003 I call DOS almost every day. It had no clue even yesterday. If you have question, I will be very glad to answer. But if you don’t receive my reply right way, that not mean I forget you, just because I am busy today(many meetings).
