There is usually around six of them every day from various IP addresses. Not a pain except when they make random posts. So far, I've only seen 3 of those - all were about the San Mao 'pick'. Keep your fingers crossed. The IP addresses have NOT been consistent.

    Getting my residence permit by proxy. Fortunately, because of the New Year holiday and the passport expiration, I got a "two-elve" month" (December expire date) visa without having to show up at the PSB Entry and Exit Bureau.. No problem.

They even celebrate Jilin Rime with an annual event. So why is the river “never-freezing” and how are rimes formed? The Songhua River stays warm because of the Fengman Hydropower Station located upstream. The warm water creates vapor in the air, which condenses into fog as it cools.
