yes you should wait at least 2 weeks before going to SSA office. from what i notice it take about 2 weeks to mail from port of entry to process center.

i have one quick question: my bro got his k1 denial also, on i130 part D question 2. Did you ever file for this alien before: if yes name place and result? Did you leave that blank or put your k1 visa in there since he doesn't know the result and the case return to INS

gl to you, marry in china is really easy. but the i130 will not be any different than the i129

no matter what you choose you still have to go through GUZ. k1 is the fastest, since you got denied the only option is wait or you move to china and married live in china with your wife then file DCF. i was file i130 for CR1-IR1 and got blue slip because of bona fide relationship but able to overcome them. now my wife got IR1 visa.

i have a friend you file send out may 17 and still haven't heard anything from GUZ yet. i believe that the filing date or priority date might be play a factor. so 3 months is a normal process for GUZ

wife just call, she received letter to go back to GUZ with passport to hand in

the only thing they you submit back was the letter and the passport.

I just called DOS on an update of my case. DOS specialist said that GUZ received my overcome documents but need to call to come back. She said it is GUZ language, they either call or mail she doesn't understand. Anyone who have similar situation please let me know. I am a little worry here, I don't know if that mean that GUZ want my wife to come back for a visa or other issues, and again we are still waiting for info from GUZ. Our overcome package send out July 24 and GUZ received it on the 26th according to EMS.

when i received the blue slip from my wife. on the first page it only check 221g other than that you have to look at the pink slip that include. it give you more detail on what they want actually. so make sure u look at both

sorry to heard you get blue slip. about the domicile, if you have your folk co-sponsor then you should be fine. but you have overlook it when you file. I too overlook the income when i thought i have enough money in the bank and asset, but they don't look at them and demand a co-sponsor.

My was a Cr1 visa. i have pin point the interview come to my conclusion not fully prepare. i don't have any other detail, since my wife going to interview alone. Interview qestion: Who help you prepare? When I immgirate to US? (i am naturalized not born USC) how many time i visit? Do we have picture? Since our wedding have i ever go back to visit? (wife answer turn into a reg flag) Have i send money to her? (again her answer turn into red flag) after looking at two record of the money i send her one 200 for last year and 1000 for this yesr.Look on computer and VO comment "base on my income level i don't have enough to support my self why sending large sum of money to wife" not even wait for wife to answer he give her blue slip and get over come. it end up want two thing from me income and bonafide relationship (EOR) The VO think my marriage is fraud since i am naturalized USC. (haha) base on my 2007 tax i just only made 16k + 10k in the bank on the time i file that was a year ago. if i having trouble with my income i would have pass the NVC stage. need some advice, mailing overcome or make appoinment and hand it in
