Geroge we sent 129 F on oct 20th 2003 and and got p3 in April but had wron name and had second name check and got second name check approved in July,,,my congress lady helped us a lot if it wasent for her we would still be waiting,,she was a big help,,she did it all for us,,congress is a lot better than lawyer,,i think,,,Andy

Hi "Nucks" I've had similar responses from the DoS when I called them. The latest was that they saw a note on the computer when pulling up my case that it said "interview would be in three months" (but didn't have any reference date 'from'). Then, she said that the interview would be in December. Of course I don't put much faith in what she told me. In fact, at this point, I think they will tell us anything just so we will hang up and go away. I think everyone is calling them because GZ is so far behind. Our P3 was returned in July, and as everyone else, we are quite frustrated. I can't imagine what is holding things up so long. I don't believe they have given out any new K1 visa appointments for quite a while. Maybe the changing of the Chief of Consular is the reason for the protracted delays. Who knows? I wish we could at least get a firm date. Hi all..i called DOS today and she said that our interview will be in Dec,,sent p3 back on May 24th,,hope she is right,,have waited a year Oct 20th
