My mother plans to visit us in June this year. She has been in the states before. In addition to DS160, what other supporting documents does she have to prepare? Also, can the mailing address on the DS-160 be written in Chinese? Thanks.

We submitted our application on 11/20/2010 to VSC and did the biometrics a couple of weeks later. When I called the the USCIS hotline yesterday and was told the case was still pending. Any idea as to how long this may take? Thanks.
