david_dawei Posted July 6, 2006 Report Share Posted July 6, 2006 Because the I-134 is used by non-immigrants (ie: like students), the question is a bit misplaced for K# holders. It is sufficient to say your intention is to be married (ie: if K1) and to care for her as a spouse. One does not have to be too specific for this, in terms of whether she gets a queen or king size bed... Link to comment
