Hoping to have those resolved soon! I called the National Customer Service Center this am to schedule an appointment for Quan's fingerprints and biometrics as specified on our I-485 NOA. After waiting on hold for about 45 mins, they told me that I alone could not schedule the appointment for my wife, and that either she would have to call back or we could call back together. Something about the American Privacy Act blah blah blah. If you need to do this anytime soon, have your SO on the line or in the room with you. Link to comment

I called later that day when she was home. the lady asked if she was here. I said "yes, would you like to talk to her" The lady said "no" and schedualed the biometrics. Link to comment
