I also do not have local access number for Pincity. I just call one of the "local" numbers on my free long distance mobile phone.

The trouble with phone cards such as speedypin etc. is:

 

1. Time rounding. (some cards are rounded to 3 minutes).

2. Maintenance fee's (some add $0.59 per call).

3. Also be careful of expiration times if you purchase a sizable amount of time, many are only good for 90 days.

 

Check the fee schedule very carefully, do the math and enjoy.

 

Find the best deal and your SO will be impressed with your

"economizing skills".

I've used dynasky.com, and it has been awesome so far. The rates are super cheap, and I can also print out my phone records. And my calls were much clearer than using my traditional phone company's long distance service. I would recommend it to anyone.
