My fiancee got her Visa approved back in Jan. 2005 and it expires on July 2005. She still have things to take care in China. Please let me know if you have done this before. Thanks. P.S. I know I could try to do the advance parole once she come to US but it will take up to 3 months and it will be too long for our case. Link to comment
