Guest animejpop
Hi I'm a newbie to this wonderful site, so i wanted to say hello to everyone here =) I got a question about the I-134, i hope someone can give me some advice! Do I really need to have a notorized employment letter? Can i just have my senior human resource manager sign it? Also, due to my company's policy , my boss cannot state my annual salary on the employment letter (she gave the reason in the letter). Would that be alright for the VO or VO will reject it? I have attached my paystubs that I got from online, would that be good enough? By the way, the income requirement is it before all the deducation or after? Thanks P1: April 24, 2004P2: August 24, 2004P3 returned: October 10, 2004p4: March 8, 2005interview: April 13, 2005 (same day as my B-day). <- I think VO is trying to give me the BEST present in the world Link to comment
eeyore
To the best of my knowledge the employment letter does not need to be notarized. It should be on business letterhead. The human resource manager can sign it. I believe the poverty line is based upon gross pay. If your gross pay is over, you are over. What anime do you like????? Ghibli studio stuffs are real cool.
