P3 question

Hi Everyone and Happy Easter to all. Good news, My Selina called me last night and informed me she received her P3 packet yesterday.

 

At the risk of jinxing our K-1 Application process, we seem very fortunate to have our packet moving along fairly quickly and without any unforeseen delays. I pray this continues, or I fear, I will be the recipient of my Selina's wrath.

 

All kidding aside..

 

Selina scanned and sent me the forms to review, and, unless I am mistaken, the only two forms to be completed and returned to Guangzhou Consolate at this time are:

 

1. Form DS-230, Part I, Application for Immigrant Visa

2. Form 169, Evidence which may be presented to meet Public Dischange

 

Ok, dumb question, she sent me DS-230, Part I. This implies that there may be a Part II, is she missing this?

 

Form 169 appears to list all the documents that she needs to assemble and have ready at time or interview, am I correct in this?

For K1 you only need to send in part 1 of the I-230 and of course the I-169. somem say there is a supplemental sheet also but i never sent it in and i had no problems.

Oh, yes you are correct about the I-169. Check them off and send it in ASAP to get in line--you can gather the documents later.
