Jason+Joanna
I was reading the instructions the benficary gets in the P3 in the links and resources section, as I am expecting a P3 in two - three more weeks. Anyway, it appear I could send in the I-134 with the P3. Two question: 1. Do I understand correctly ? 2. Is this a good idea (I will bring a copy for the interview as well) ? Link to comment
nooneufo
Unless things have changed, I don't think you "must" send it with the P3. Maybe you can, personally I never send them more than what they ask for, because with government workers, you never know what might confuse them. Link to comment
Jason+Joanna
My understanding is that it is optional to send the I-134 with the P3. So, it is not required at that time. I was thinking, it might make things easier at the eventual interview. Link to comment
Guest Gene
Send back OF-169 completed and signed, and DS-230 part one. Do this ASAP because when processed will put you in the queue for an interveiw date. All other documents and proof of relationship need to go with you to the interveiw. Some of them will be needed when the medical exam is done and some of them taken to the interveiw. Link to comment
Jason+Joanna
Thanks for the clarification. I think I was beginning to confuse myself. Link to comment
