Cheap Phone Card for Alaska

Anyone know of a cheap phone card that can be used in Alaska? I have checked out all those mentioned on Candle for Love, but none of them work in Alaska. We are treated as another country, not part of the USA, when it comes to phone cards, cell phones, telephones, mail and shipping. I am using Yahoo to speak to my fiancee, phone charges here are very high.
