hehehe. But I am not K3 , I am CR1. Even though we filed the K3, the CR1 and K3 arrived at the same time...but GUZ called to tell us that the CR1 would be granted.

There are not enough K3 time lines to really be strong on the data, although it seems to follow the same trend. All the data I use is pinpointed to when GZ enters the P3 into the computer after the P3 forms have been filled out and sent in by the beneficiary.

If that is what you mean by P3 date, then my P3 date is 10/28/04. That is the date when it was in the GUZ computer. I am getting the feeling from your posts that the CR1 process may be a lot different from K1 and K3. This is how my P3 process went:

 

Got P3 in the mail, since I am my hubby's choice of agent.

 

I sent the completed paperwork back to NVC.

 

From there it is put in NVC's computer which FEEDS into GUZ's computer system.

 

However, the physical file is mailed visa DHL to GUZ afterwards...
