Drew21
Do you suppose to pay the 830 RMB bank fee, then at the Interview you pay $380 for the Visa?? Link to comment
warpedbored
If you are K-1 you pay the 830 RMB at one of the banks listed on the GZ website before the interview. You will not get the visa without the receipt. You will not need to pay any additional fees at the interveiw. They will finish draining your billfold once she is here and you file AOS. Drew21
What does this mean??Notice on Immigration Visa Surcharge Beginning March 8, 2005, IV applicants who have paid the current $335 IV application fee via National Visa Center, but not the new surcharge, must pay it (RMB 373.5 or $45) at post. IV applicants who haven't paid any application fee should pay a total amount of RMB 3,154 or $380, on the day of the interview. Link to comment

K-1 and K-3 are technically not immigrant visas. Best to check it out thoroughly though. Link to comment
