I'd venture a guess that you may have simply returned the *I-864 FEE BILL* at this time when you mentioned the Ds3032 and not *ACTUALLY* a completed I-864??? When did NVC receive your fee bill??? After the DS3032 and I-864 is the DS230. I mailed the 230 Visa bill a while back. Still ain't got squat back yet. 6 weeks time to get a bill and then put an application in the mail???
