American Chinese Resturants

One of the things I think about is will my fiancee like the Cantonese/American resturants here in the SF suburbs.

 

In the "City" it is more authentic.

 

Will she really go for the Beef and Broccoli or the

Chicken Choy Mien? (I've never seen that in China)

 

The good thing is she knows her Cantonese menu

and will be able to order off the standard menu.

 

She calls Chinese Americans ABC's.

I don't know if that is good or bad.

 

Not having the foods you like will make you homesick.

 

Good thing I brought home authentic recipes.
