MRMC
I keep reading posts stating that bank statements, a letter from the bank or asset information are not necessary if your income is over poverty guidelines. Where does it say this on the application? I read that asset information and/or salary information is required. Can anyone point out where on the I-134 current instructions or application that it states that a bank letter or asset information is not necessary if a certain salary is met. I have gone over the form over and over and do not see this. Link to comment
tonado
The I-134 does not say that. If your salary is over 125% poverty level, you should be fine. However, I would have a bank letter just in case. You will also need tax return (W2) and employment letter. Link to comment
