The following post gives a very small window for preparing the forms and I-134. What is an acceptable time(age) limit for the I-134 support documents? Would GZ reject 3-4 month old I-134 documents? (elcajongr)

The timeline should be 1 year (from what it says on their website).

 

However, they really have *no* reason to complain at all. Their wait time was at least a month faster than everyone else with an august p4.

 

The fact is, they were *supposed* to *legally* have the documents before turning in the P3, so just stick with them...

 

Just my thoughts on this!

WOW. If the P4 was sent by DHL and only took 1 or 2 days to get there, then it is currently a less than 3 week window from P4 to Interview!!

Maybe this lady lives in the middle of nowhere and DHL took a week to get the P4 to her? Do they send P4 by DHL like the P3 ?? Maybe it went to the post office and it took the post office a few days to be notified and a few more days to be picked up? There are too many variables here for me to get too worked up.

If I see 2 or 3 other CFL members post similar times, then WOO HOO !!

I would love to see this process really speed up, even though it will make it difficult for me to get to Shanghai and for us to get to GZ with so little time!
