Does anyone know if w2 is really required even if you your tax return

from IRS and your letter of employment? My w2 still have marital status

as married, that worries me to show it to VO.

It all depends on your vo. Most people don't even have to produce the I-134. Of course you can't count on that being the case, but the tax return transcript from IRS should technically be enough. The W2 would be nice to have, but I don't think it's an absolute requirement.

You don't need w2. As long as you have letter and statement from your bank + paystubs, you should be fine. no worries!

Get the last three years tax transcripts from the IRS along with a current letter of employment and a notarized statement from the bank. It is also a good idea to have your bank statements for the last year. W-2s aren't needed until AOS
