The instructions are not very clear. She recieved a notice tonight that P3 is at the post office and she will pick it up tomorrow before work. We want to return it as soon as possible and be accurate.Phil Link to comment
mari Posted August 30, 2004 Report Share Posted August 30, 2004 Hi Phil, she only needs to send now Part 1 of form DS230; part 2 will be needed later for the interview. My recommendation is for you to make sure that she fills out all 3 forms that need to be sent this time (DS230 Part 1, OF-169, and the Supplemental Sheet) and that all information is correct.
