We are still waiting for security clearance and have not received any word from INS. So, we are in the same boat. LukeLuke, I don;t think u should waste money on attorneys since FBI is in charge of the clearance. (Unless u wanna sue INS for delaying ur case)Even INS can't intervene the FBI business, according to our interview officer. Anyway, I'm going to write to Senate Feistan next month if I still haven't got my approval next month. Link to comment
