called DOS today

I called DOS and speak to a lady. She was rule but checked the case for me anyway. I asked for the date my fiance's name was submit for security check. She would tell me. I said I need that information to whether or not to request Guang-zhou consulate to resubmit. She said you can do that. She didn't care. To her, it's our business whether or not to resubmit.

I don't know if the resubmit will cause more delay or not, any one can answer?

I mean she would NOT tell me the date for submittion.

You probably should have asked to speak to her supervisor. For some reason none of the women at these numbers are being very helpful, some border on being rude...
