Change of American address prior to Guangzhou interview

I'm wondering how to change the address recorded in the DS-260 for my stepson. He'll be having his interview soon. During the seven years we have had to wait for the interview, our American address has changed. I can't find any USCIS phone number to call. I haven't been able to use https://ceac.state.gov/IV  to change the address either.   Any suggestions?
