A get-together at Houston's Chinese consulate

Amerian families who adopted children from China were invited by Consul General of China in Houston Li Qiangmin to gather on Saturday for a chance to share their experiences in the US and China and enjoy Chinese food. Short, interesting and lively presentations by Consul General Li and other consuls gave them a glimpse into rich and diverse Chinese cultures and history. Two brothers who were adopted when they were around 10 years old expressed their longings for delicious Chinese food that “only China can make it so good”.
