Haven¡¯t received NOA2

Hi everyone! I am new user here and i need help to know that how important NOA2 hard copy is?

Because we never got any hard copy of NOA1/NOA2. We even asked so many times USCIS about it but always they say they have send it on American address but as i said never got any hard copy..

I know we gonna need it for AOS but is there any way that we print out e-mail notifications from USCIS saying our case is approved instead sending hard copies... will this work? Or is there other way ? Please help

You MAY need to file a Form I-824 for "A duplicate approval notice.". The email notifications MAY work, but if not -

Do not file Form I-824 with CBP if you are requesting:

1. A duplicate approval notice that is expired or was revoked;

2. A correction of an error on your approval notice (visit http:www.cbp.gov for instructions on how to request a correction to

your approval notice); or . . .
