MrsHuang
Was married to a British guy over 10 years ago and we started the process but never moved forward and we ended up getting a divorce. So 1) Has anyone withdrawn their already approved I-130? 2) Any advice on how to do this more than 10 years after the fact? And most importantly, 3) will it affect the petition I’m about to file for my current Chinese husband? 4) do I need prof that it was withdrawn? Thanks in advance for any insight. Link to comment
Randy W
They don't keep petitions alive for that long. All you will need is a divorce decree. Link to comment

MrsHuang
Oh I forgot to ask, does the divorce degree have to be notarized? Link to comment
Randy W
Oh I forgot to ask, does the divorce degree have to be notarized? It should have been certified by the issuing authority - a copy of THAT is fine. Link to comment
