On 23rd October, Guang flew to Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang region, where he had planned to attend some photography events. Later, he was to fly to Sichuan to meet his friend Mr Chen to participate in a charity event. But Mr Chen was unable to find or contact the photographer.

This is appalling Randy. This is what I use to tell those guys here15-16 years ago that went over there on the fantasy vacations and called my a lier that people lived like this still in China. So if it is like this now what was it like 15-16 years ago? A good dose of reality. I doubt that Mr. Lu Guang will ever be seen again. So sad.
