Birth Certificate for Taiwanese National in China

Hi, I am currently a TWNese working in shanghai. JUST receiced Noa2 approval. First of all, would I have to fly to guangzhou for my interview? Second, wondering if it is sufficient for me to take my 户口藤本 with me. It is NOT my birth certificate, but it does say where I was born. I dont know where the 海协会 in Shanghai is, and I dont have time or days to fly back to Taiwan to get this done. I cant find anyone on VJ to help me. I am looking for fellow TWnese in China to help me with this!

You can find the Shanghai notarial offices by Googling 上海公证处. If they can't help you, you will need to contact the one in your home town.
