dnoblett
You will get a letter in the mail extending LPR status for up to a year. During processing you may or maynot get a letter requesting an interview for removal of conditions. If the I-751 goes longer than what the 1 year that the letter states, simply schedule an infopass appointment and request an I-551 stamp in passport further showing LPR status. Also if for some reason the I-751 goes longer than a year you can always file an N-400 for citizenship at 90 days prior to 3 years of residency, this tends to jumpstart a stalled I-751. 3 Link to comment
