Are we ready for the interview?

Hey guys, I just don't know why I find this so confusing.

 

We have completed the DS-260, sent photos, passport page, and confirmation to Guangzhou. Now on https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspxour status is "READY" as in ready to schedule the interview. Hooray, right?

 

But the reason I am confused is because we have NOT submitted any of the financial or supporting documents. Aren't we supposed to email them to the NVC? No? We just bring them to the interview?

If you filed the I-130 overseas in Beijing or Guangzhou, then NVC has no part of the process, you will bring the I-864 and financial documents to the visa interview.

If you're applying for a visa, you need to tell us which one and where (and if) a petition was filed (I-130 or I-129F)

Thanks for the help! We filed 1-130 in Guangzhou, will apply for CR-1 visa.
