However, I noticed that the I-864 expires at the end of this month. I have two co-sponsors that I'm wanting to send out the I-864 forms to but I'm worried that they will change the forms. dnoblett Posted March 26, 2015 Report Share Posted March 26, 2015 Form does not expire, the OMB date is an internal date between OMB and USCIS for a review period involving comments by USCIS to OMB and has nothing to do with the form's validity date.
