Chinese red beans and green beans... ºì¶¹£¬Â̶¹

I love products made with Chinese red beans 춹 and Chinese green beans . But never in the past when I was in the States did I see them, nor products made by them. Are they called different names in the States?

Have you been to any asian markets? Pretty much anything you can think of can be found at an Asian market.

My wife and I visited Dallas Texas over Christmas/New Years and while there we searched out where the Asian markets are, we ended up finding Chinese mostly north of Dallas in Plano, Richardson, Vietnamese in Grand Prairie.

 

Anyway you will have to do a little research around your US home town to find the asian markets.

Perhanps what you are looking for in the red bean is an Adzuki bean and in the green bean is a Mung bean.
