dnoblett
Where in the process? Applying for visas,or some other point such as already in the states on K-1 K-2 visas and adjusting statusor further along removing conditions from 2 year green-cards? Your signature block shows having done this back in 2005. Link to comment
dnoblett
OK, from other sources I figured you just married and are now figuring out the paperwork. You are doing two visas each I-130 will have associated fees. Filing fee for the I-130 is $420 each. Step child must be younger than age 18 at time of your marriage or else you will not be able to file a petition for step child, If step child was older than 18 at time of your marriage then the child's mother will need to file it after she enters the USA and has a green-card. http://www.uscis.gov/i-130 Link to comment
