A month ago I was naive enough to think it was over after the interview. It appears it only begins then. At least she well be with me for the rest of it. Link to comment

At least she well be with me for the rest of it.AP is for people who want to go back to China prior to getting the green card. This is for people who already came to USA. CRS: You are given conditional resident status once your Adjustment Of Status (AOS) is approved(green card) if you have been married less then two years at time of AOS approval. You and your spouse will have to apply together to remove the conditions before your second anniversary as a conditional resident.Attached below are some FAQ's that can explain it better than I can. -good luck on your I-131. http://www.k1faq.com/#7.1 Link to comment
