dnoblett Posted March 1, 2014 Report Share Posted March 1, 2014 Firstly she needs ro naruralize and become a US citizen as soon as she has her citizenship certificate she can apply for a passport. She needs to have been a green card holder at least 3 years before she can file an N-400 to naturalize. Study the Citizenship forum. Link to comment
dnoblett Posted March 1, 2014 Report Share Posted March 1, 2014 Have you filed to remove conditions on the 2 year cards yet? You need to do that also a year before can apply for citizenship. From my figuring you cannot remove conditions until March April next year 2015, and then file for citizenship a year after that 2016 Link to comment
