New book by Jung Chang

The author of Wild Swans has a new book out. It is titled EMPRESS DOWAGER CIXI, The Concubine Who Launched Modern China. The book was published in 2013.

 

I am about a third of the way through and have found it to be interesting. I picked it up just before the holidays at Barnes & Noble.
