hi5pro Posted December 20, 2013 Report Share Posted December 20, 2013 I filed a I-130 for my 14 year old step son in Nanjing on 10/03/2013 and received the I-797C on 10/07/203. Nothing after that for 2+ month and the USCIS online status is still showing initial review. Called NVC today and it's not in their system yet. I am wondering what is the normal waiting time between the first I-797C and the 2nd Notice of Action right now. Many thanks. Link to comment
