The chinese language

I live in Puerto Rico, where it seems there are no chinese mandarin teachers, even though there are many chinese living in this "island of enchantment". Anybody there could recommend a site to order maybe a chinese speaking course through internet? I had been thinking of cd's, as my aim for now is to be able to speak it. I had been 4 times to China to visit my boyfriend, it feels terrible not to be able to understand a word, except "nihao" and "shierh shierh". Thanks a lot and happy Valentine's day to all!!!!!!
