dnoblett
V. Other docs Wife's birth cert and police record are not needed when filing petition, they are required at visa interview. Domicile and I-864 affidavit of support and financials are also interview time things. I-134 will not be used that form is for Mon-immigrants like fiancée visas. Link to comment

kdavid3
Talk about efficiency... Had an appointment with DHS at the Beijing embassy this past Tuesday at 14:15. Submission went smoothly. On Thursday at 11:25 I received an email notifying me that the petition had been approved and forwarded to USC General Guangzhou. Less than 48 hours. Wow. Per the letter, I suppose GZ will be in touch regarding the next step. Where can I read up on what I need to prepare for that? Link to comment
