What site would you suggest for my friend ? My friend would like to know because all of the normal sites he/she would use in America do not work for him/her in China. Export restrictions placed on distributors prevent their distribution elsewhere. That being said, I believe it's completely legal for your friend (or YOU, for that matter) to use a VPN that would involve delivery to a site within the U.S. Where it goes from there is your/their own responsibility.
