hi guys,

 

question regarding visas for wife's father and mother.

 

wife just turned us citizenship this month and starting I-130 paper work for her parents. our question is do we file one I-130 for both parents or we file two I-130s for father and mother.

 

1 I-130 for both = 420 dollars

2 I-130s for father and mother = 840 dollars

 

instruction 1F said your mother or father (you must be 21 or older). my gut feeling is 2 I-130s for father and mother. how is the interview, separate or together? any ideas and comments are appreciated. thanks
