My co-sponsor retired already, so I won't need a W2 form from him?

Hello I am preparing for my interview. My co-sponsor retired already, so for the interview, I am going to give the VO my co-sponsor's 2012 tax return photocopy, driver's license photocopy and i-864 , is that enough? He doesn't work now so he does't have a w2, right?

You need to ask him. If he submitted any with his tax return, he will need to include a copy - unless he goes with the tax transcripts instead.

 

Yes, retirees have been known to get W-2's.
