eseum
The following link takes you to Yick Wo v. Hopkins. It is a late 1800's case decided by the U.S. Supreme Court. It involves Chinese laundries in San Francisco, CA. The court ruled in favor of the Chinese gentleman being discriminated against by SF officials. The decision is well written and considering the times very progressive. The 14th amendment played heavily in the decision. http://supreme.vlex.com/vid/yick-v-hopkins-20064256 Link to comment
