What if son will turn 14 before AOS processing is completed?

Hi all. My step son will turn 14 in about 4 months. Do we still submit everything based on him being 13 now? IE...no G-325a required for him...etc.

 

Also, is USCIS Chicago Lockbox where we mail our AOS?

Essentially his date with regards to AOS process is set when they accept the petition, so no, they should not RFE for a G-325A.

Use USPS Priority Mail, with tracking, also ignore any error on USPS site saying "missed pickup" or something like that, it will be picked up.
