What is the Normal wait time for Medical Exam Results

I was just wondering what is the normal wait time to receive the results from the Medical Exam for the Visa

Depending on how much you pay at the med center can have results same day, in our case the med center was closed the week before my wife's interview, and opened the day before interview, we had to pay a little extra for expedited service to get same day results.

 

If have time, do the medical at least 2 days before interview.
