work visa to marriage?

Wow i have not posted in this section in a long time. I have a question that maybe someone here can answer. I have a good friend that has been dating a Filipino woman for about 1 year, a nurse who is here on a 3 year work contract. She has work visa. They want to get married but not sure what to do and I have no clue. What do they need to do to get marreid and how will that effect her work visa. Her employer says they have no concerns over this.

Any help would be nice....even if you send me to another place for info.

They would get hitched and then file both an I-130 and an I-485 together at same time and pay the fees for both.

 

No worries about immigrations intent.
