We found out that USPS has rasied the price of the PO BOX and we are thinking about closing it. If your address changes (sounds like it does), you need to send the change of address for both of you - When moving, both the immigrant and the sponsor(s) must file change of address"within 10 days of such change". If late, just go ahead and file USCIS - Change of Address for an alien in the United States (AR-11)The AR-11 may be filed electronically at https://egov.uscis.g...i/go?action=coaThe I-865 (Change of Sponsor's Address) is not eligible for electronic filing.USCIS - Sponsor' Notice of Change of Address (I-865) Link to comment
tsap seui
Yep, 10 green green holder, still needs for both of you to change address. It's real simple to do and Randy gave you the links for the AR-11 and I-865. We had to do it last year when we bought a house and moved. Your Uncle cares about you and wants to know where all of his children are. Luckily this is one of the few times no bio's or interviews are needed, yet, anyhow...LOL tsap seui Link to comment
