Filling in Electronic Processing IR-5 for mom in-law green card.

 

In the past(K1) we just had it ready and only brought to interview.

 

Is this still the case or does the Police cert. have to be submitted electronically via P3 email now?

Yes all the gathered docs needed for interview need to be scanned and emailed to NVC during e-process, that includes the police cert, and then hand carried to interview later.
